We’re all busy. Shouldn’t we just go about life and trust God to let us live as long as He wants us to live?
While it’s true God determines our lifespan, it’s also true our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we want them to be healthy, holy homes for Him and us!
So, if we want to be energetic, effective women of God living out our purposes on this earth, we need to take care of ourselves and be as healthy as we can be. We see this in the Proverbs 31 woman.
