Many years ago I dreamed of planting a garden. But I lived in an apartment, was newly married, and had just started a job. It didn’t seem like an ideal time. I wish I had known then what I know now.

If that is your situation, keep reading!

Plant🪴Mama Sarah Lewis

Recently, in our Podcast The Little Things, we suggested one way to meet the Today’s Challenge Goal for the body was to eat more fresh food by growing some. If that seems out of your reach because of a lack of land, time, or knowledge, we have a suggestion.

Today we’re fortunate to have with us on our podcast plant mama extraordinaire, Sarah Lewis. Sarah lives in an apartment but has found a way to grow some of her fresh food.

What To Expect in Today’s Podcast

Sarah explains how she does this with no land and little time. Newbies and experienced gardeners alike will pick up useful tips from Sarah – and a FREE recipe booklet of a few of her culinary creations with herbs! See our Resource Section below.

Today you’ll learn …

  1. How to grow plants if you don’t have land.
  2. Favorite plants to grow.
  3. How to use your plants.
  4. Problems to overcome.

Was so fun! Definitely made me want to try having a potted plant. Maybe when babies are older!

Alex, I can understand why you might want to wait! Time and “helping hands” might be an issue! 🤣
